Wotif.com “Win an island escape” for Australia Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Wotif.com Pty Ltd ABN 81 092 257 504, 13 Railway Terrace, Milton Qld 4064 (Promoter).  The permit numbers for this promotion is NSW permit no LTPS/10/00311 issued on 15/01/2010 and ACT permit no TP 10/00152.1 on 14/01/2010.
  2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are Australian residents 18 years or over.  Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter, Aircalin and, Tourism New Caledonia and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
  4. The promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on 19 January 2010 and closes at 12.00pm AEST on 14 February 2010.
  5. There is no limit to the amount of entries per entrant.
  6. To enter the draw of the promotion, participants must go to www.wotif.com and click on the homepage button to enter. Entrants must enter their details: name, e-mail address, telephone number and sign up to the Wotif.com newsletter.
  7. All valid entries will go into one draw which will take place at 3pm AEST on 15 February 2010 at Wotif.com, 13 Railway Terrace, Milton QLD 4064.
  8. The first valid entry drawn from the draw will win; Flights for 2 people from Sydney or Brisbane to Noumea plus domestic flight transfers where required from the winner’s closet capital city within Australia. Certain days of departure may apply.
  9. The flights on Aircalin valued at $1,250, These tickets are valued for the following travel periods 24FEB-28MAR10, 14APR-19MAY10, 9JUN-30JUN10,26JUL-13AUG10. Hotel accommodation voucher for 4 nights valued at $2,300. Tickets to an ocean half day cruise Dal Ocean Charters valued at $132.   10. An unclaimed prize draw will take place at 3pm AEST on 15 May 2010 at Wotif.com, 13 Railway Terrace, Milton QLD 4064 should any winner of the main draw be uncontactable.
  11. Bookings made with the Prize Vouchers are subject to availability at the time of booking. Some blackout periods may apply.
  12. The Prize Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
  13. All gift voucher Terms and Conditions (http://promo.wotif.com/competitions/terms/gift/) apply to the use of the Prize Voucher.
  14. The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU$3994.00
  15. The winner will be notified by telephone and email within 2 days of the draw.  The winner’s details will also be published at www.wotif.com for a period of three months.

The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies.
  17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
  18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  19. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
  20. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
